Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation from HELSINKIBOUTIQUE. Products are dispatched mainly within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. Delivery details are confirmed with an email to the customer as soon as the order has been dispatched. Delivery time for standard shipping in Switzerland is approximately two working days. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE does not take responsibility for delays caused by the Swiss Post.

HELSINKIBOUTIQUE charges following shipping fees upon each order:

• Switzerland: Free shipping from 200chf up

• Europe: CHF 65.00

• Other countries: CHF 85.00

Shipping costs do not include possible customs duties nor import taxes. These costs are in the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For exchange and return reasons contact HELSINKIBOUTIQUE within 7 days (one week) after receiving the order. In case the contact has not been made within the 7 days HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept a returned product. The product must be unused and in the same condition when receiving it, in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves all rights to decide whether the return is accepted or not.

The customer is responsible for the postal and other processing costs incurred by the refund. Tracking numbered postal methods are recommended when returning a product. Lost shipments are not refunded. Unclaimed and returned orders will be charged from the customer. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves all the rights to charge for customs fees and other possible costs caused due to returns from other countries.

Payment will be refunded once a returned product is received and accepted based on the given terms and conditions.
